RENTAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

Customer agrees to the Terms the Cowboy Boxes Rental Terms and Conditions outlined below on this page, and acknowledges that they have care, custody, and control of the Cowboy Boxes and Cowboy Boxes Dolly Carts while the Cowboy Boxes and Dolly Carts are at the Customer’s location.

Damage or Loss of Cowboy Boxes and Cowboy Boxes Dolly Carts. Customer accepts responsibility for all loss or damage to the Cowboy Boxes. If the Cowboy Boxes are damaged or lost while in the Customer’s possession, the Customer will be obligated to pay the full retail value of the Cowboy Boxes. Retail value of the Cowboy Boxes are $24.99 each for the Large Cowboy Boxes and $37.99 each for the Extra Large Cowboy Boxes.

Customer accepts responsibility for all loss or damage to the Dolly Carts. If the Dolly Carts are damaged or lost while in the Customer’s possession, the customer will be obligated to pay the full retail value of the Dolly Carts. Retail value of the Dolly Carts are $75.00 each.

Pick-Up and Delivery. Customer acknowledges that they have sole responsibility to schedule and be present at appointments for pick-up and delivery of the Cowboy Boxes. If the customer does not give 24 hours’ notice to reschedule appointments, there may be additional delivery or cancellation fees applied in the amount of $25.00.

Customer acknowledges that they have sole responsibility to have the Cowboy Boxes and Dolly Carts by the agreed upon date.

For each additional day that the Cowboy Boxes are not returned there will be an additional rental charge of $0.25 per day per Cowboy Box.

For each additional day that the Dolly Carts are not returned there will be an additional rental charge of $0.75 per day.

Non-Return Purchase. If the Cowboy Boxes are not returned after 30 days and there has been no communication to extend the rental, it is assumed that the customer wishes to purchase the Cowboy Boxes; and will be charged the full retail value of the Cowboy Boxes at a rate of $24.99 each for the Large Cowboy Boxes and $37.99 each for the Extra Large Cowboy Boxes.
If the Dolly Carts are not returned after 30 days and there has been no communication to extend the rental, it is assumed that the customer wishes to purchase the Dolly Carts and will be charged the full retail value of the Dolly Carts at a rate of $75.00 each.

Sublease or Assignment. Customer acknowledges that if they sublease or assign any of the above items to a third party that they will be invoiced according to the above terms and conditions and that payment will be due according to the terms of their account with Cowboy Boxes.

Credit Card Authorization. Customer acknowledges that their credit card will be kept on file for the duration of the rental agreement. Customer acknowledges and authorizes Cowboy Boxes to charge any amount associated with the above stated terms and conditions.

Liability and Indemnity. The Customer shall be liable for all damage arising from equipment rental use, misuse or negligence of Customer, including any accidents to persons or property arising thereof. Customer covenants and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Cowboy Boxes free from any and all claims, actions, suits, damages and liabilities, including attorney’s fees, arising out of, connected with, or resulting from the rented equipment and / or its complimentary tools or attachments. This includes, without limitations, the manufacture, selection, delivery, possession or use of the rented equipment.

PRIVACY POLICY

Cowboy Boxes recognizes that your privacy is important to you. Your privacy is also important to us. This Privacy Policy and Agreement (“Privacy Policy”) will tell you what information we collect about you and your use of our website, how we use that information, and how we share it with others. Whenever this Privacy Policy refers to “we”, “our”, or” “us”, it is referring to this website. By using the website, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Privacy Policy.

Collecting Personal Information. Personal information is information that can be used to identify you or contact you. In general, you can visit cowboyboxes.com without providing any personal information. Some sections of our website invite you to contact us for more information. In this case we will request your first and last name and e-mail address and use them to send you the information you requested from us or to contact you. If you decide that you no longer want to receive e-mail from us, you can ask us to remove you from our mailing list by contacting us at info@cowboyboxes.com.

You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the e-mail address you provide to us. If your information is outdated or inaccurate, we may not be able to send you e-mails or notify you about changes to this Privacy Policy.

Collecting Non-Personal Information. We automatically collect web page request, Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type, browser language, and the date and time of your request. This information allows us to become more familiar with visitors to our site, how often they visit, and what parts of the site they visit most frequently.

Children. We are committed to protecting the privacy of children. This website is a general audience site and not designed or intended to attract children under the age of 13. We do not collect personal information from any person we actually know is under the age of 13.

Disclosure of Your Personal Information. Cowboy Boxes will not disclose any personal information you submit through the website to third parties except as described in this Privacy Policy or unless you specifically agree to the disclosure.

Disclosure for Legal Reasons. We may release personal information to third parties:
